The workshop experience

Four steps, from the gap
to a new way of leading.

Personal preparation, one day together and 30 days of guided practice. Each step gives leaders something concrete to take into the next.

  1. Pre-workshop

    Find the gap.

    The 6 Cs self-assessment

Each leader explores the 6 Cs of Leadership and answers 36 questions in around ten minutes. Their personal report shows where their leadership is strongest, and the area that would make the biggest difference to their team if it changed.

  2. Pre-workshop

Name who you need to become.

    Identity Discovery, with AI

An AI companion asks about real situations, what the leader did and what it cost, and helps them draft three identity statements. The AI asks and reflects; the leader decides what is true.

  3. The workshop

    Build the new identity.

One day, in person · Up to 24 leaders

Leaders work in triads throughout the day, testing their statements with each other. They keep the strengths that brought them here and work through the model: the behaviours to practise, the mirrors to choose and the week to redesign.

  4. Post-workshop

    Practise it.

    30 days of follow-through, included

Leaders keep practising in the same triads, with short weekly prompts. A 90-minute follow-up session reviews what changed and what got in the way. The sponsor then receives a report.

For organisations: sponsor scoping, preparation, the in-person workshop and 30-day follow-through are included. We agree the focus with your sponsor before the work begins.

Start with identity

Before asking what you need to do,
ask who you need to be.

The strengths that brought you here remain part of you. The invitation is to expand the range you can draw on.

  • The Default

Notice the familiar way you respond—and where a successful strength may now limit you.

  • The Formation

Explore how needs shaped strategies, and how repeating what worked became a way of being.

  • The Anchor

See how identity filters what you notice, and how competing commitments can block what you intend.

  • The Invitation

Ask what this moment invites you to become. Keep the strength and expand your range.
