MEET NAUSHAD
Naushad is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of global experience, having worked and studied in more than 10 countries. He started his career as a lawyer in Mauritius, where he played a key role in driving legal reform in intellectual property law. He also served as the youngest Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce.
Naushad then spent a decade in senior Corporate and Regulatory and Legal roles for several regions in a Global Fortune 500 company across the Middle East and Africa.
In 2015, he moved to the US to pursue his passion of coaching and took on the challenge of working full time with an entrepreneur grow his company by 100% over a four year period to reach USD 50 million in revenue. This gave him an added passion to work with entrepreneurs.
Today as an ICF certified PCC coach, Naushad works with C-Level executives and entrepreneurs using his aXcellerate model to coach, consult and train.
